Colt Python .357 Magnum revolver
Actually, Gordon Freeman uses a nickle 6" Colt Python in the game.
Beretta 92FS pistol
Only available with the HD pack, the Beretta M9 replaces your Glock as the standard 9mm handgun in the game

The Glock 17 is the standard 9mm handgun used throughout the game, and by Barney (the security guards.)
Heckler & Koch MP5N Submachine Gun
The MP5N is the primary automatic weapon of the game, and is equipped with an M203PI grenade launcher Ingame it closely resembles the one used in End of Days without the silencer
M203PI grenade launcher
This 40mm grenade launcher is attached to the MP5N (and the M4A1 in the High Definition expansion pack.) In game, it can carry a maximum of 10 rounds, and is never seen reloading.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
This weapon is only available in the HD pack, and replaces the MP5N. It's the only Assault Rifle in the game.
Rocket Launcher
GAM14B, a fictional laser-guided RPG launcher.
SPAS-12 shotgun
The SPAS 12 is seen in game extremely similar, but without a stock entirely
In the HD pack it is given a short Folding stock
Desert Eagle
Appears only in the Opposing Force expansion pack. Has a built-in LAM (Laser Aiming Module.)
M249 SAW
Appears only in the Opposing Force expansion pack. It should be noted that the cartrige carries only 50 rounds whereas its real-life counterpart carries up to 100 or more.
Pipe Wrench
Appears only in the Opposing Force expansion pack.
Knife
Appears only in the Opposing Force expansion pack.
M40A1 Sniper Rifle
Appears only in the Opposing Force expansion pack.
