The Hunter (1980)

In Chicago, Thorson finds out that Bernando (Thomas Rosales Jr.), the bail jumper he's after, has a Remington 870 shotgun on his couch.

In the climax of the film, Rocco Mason (Tracey Walter) uses an M16A1 fitted with a night scope to hold Thorson's wife hostage. SWAT members are also seen with the M16A1.
