The following weapons were used in Season 9 of the television series NCIS:

Pistols

SIG-Sauer P228

The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents in the series including Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), Timothy McGee (Sean Murray), and Ziva David (Cote de Pablo).

Revolvers

Smith & Wesson Model 37

In "Restless" (S9E02), Smith & Wesson Model 37 Airweight was seen beside ex-con Curtis when Gibbs and the NCIS team (except Ziva) were approaching him on the roof of a taco restaurant. In the series' 200th episode "Life Before His Eyes" (S9E14), a gunman pulls one on Gibbs in a diner.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A2

In "Housekeeping" (S9E12), an FBI SWAT agent is armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5A2 fitted with an ACOG scope, weaponlight and laser sight (it's possible that this weapon is an airsoft replica).

In "Housekeeping" (S9E12), an FBI SWAT agent armed with an MP5A2 is seen moving in to arrest Stratton. This MP5A2 has an ACOG-type scope and a laser sight, but for some reason, is missing the barrel. As the muzzle on airsoft guns is often a separate unit secured by a grub screw on the underside, this would support the airsoft hypothesis.

Heckler & Koch MP5SD2

In "Desperate Man" (S9E13), a Heckler & Koch MP5SD2 is seen when Abby shows Gibbs a photo of the weapon suspected in a murder.
