Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
The following weapons appear in the video game Super Smash Bros. Brawl:
RPG-7
Solid Snake uses an RPG-7 as one of his attack moves in which is uses it to shoot opponents at point-blank range(!). If the player holds down the button, the attack will charge, dealing more damage upon impact. Snake is notable among the characters in that he is the only one to use real-world firearms instead of fictional weapons like the others.
Milkor MGL Mk 1L
Solid Snake uses a Milkor MGL Mk 1L in his Final Smash move. It carries 6 shots before needing to be reloaded.
"Nikita Missile Launcher"
Another of Snake's moves is the "Nikita missile launcher", which resembles a purple FIM-92A Stinger launcher, the missile fired from it can be steered towards the intended target by the player.
Unknown Handgun
Possibly a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is seen in Snake's thigh holster, but isn't used at all during the game. This weapon also appears to be the basis for the design of the blaster pistols used by Fox McCloud and Falco Lombardi, and also Wolf O'Donnell's heavily modified version; Fox and Falco's versions are fitted with underbarrel laser pointers, Wolf's heavily modified version has a underbarrel mounted bayonet(!).
M67 Hand Grenade
Snake's standard projectile attack in the game is to throw somewhat oversized M67 hand grenades, of which he has an endless amount available. The player must take care though, as the exploding grenades can harm Snake as well if they detonate too close to him.
