MCM ("Margolina tselevoy" - "target pistol by Margolin", or "Model TsKIB" - "model of Central Design Bureau") is target pistol designed by the blind armorer Mikhail Margolin in 1940s. It was produced by Izhmekh in 1948-1976 in several modifications: MC-1, MCM ("M" for "modernizirovanniy" - modernised), MCU ("U" for "uluchshenniy" - improved). Baikal MCM is modern commercial name for the pistol.

Three more models based on MC were designed in 1990s: MCM-K "Margo" ("K" for "korotkiy" - short) in .22 LR, "Drel" ("Drill") in 5.45х18 PSM and MR-449 in .25 ACP.
