Rebel Without A Cause (1955)

Rebel Without a Cause is a 1955 coming of age drama directed by Nicholas Ray that stars James Dean as a young teen who runs into trouble at the new high school he starts attending. The film co-starred Natalie Wood and Sal Mineo.

The following guns were used in the movie Rebel Without A Cause:

Colt 1903 Pocket Hammer Pistol

Plato (Sal Mineo) takes a nickel-plated Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammer with pearl grips from his mother's bed. He uses it in the abandoned house. Later, Jim Stark (James Dean) removes the magazine from the pistol in the film's climax. It should be noted that dispite Jim's failure to eject a round from the chamber of the 1903, the hammer is down after the magazine is removed, meaning that there could not be a round in the pistol.
