Posse (1993)

Posse is the 1993 Western directed by and starring Mario Van Peebles as a former Army soldier who along with fellow African-American veterans form a gang in order to defend a town whose citizens are freed slaves. Not to be confused with the 1975 Kirk Douglas film.
