I Spit on Your Grave (1978)
Day of the Woman (which is probably better known by its alternate title I Spit on Your Grave) is a controversial 1978 low-budget exploitation film that follows a woman who exacts bloody revenge on four men who raped her after she arrived in the country to write a novel. Over the years, the film gathered a cult following, but was also received very poorly because of film's brutal depiction of rape and sexual violence. Film critic Roger Ebert famously described it as "a vile bag of garbage", as well as it being "...one of the most depressing experiences of my life". A remake was released in 2010.
The following firearms were featured in the film Day of the Woman, aka I Spit on Your Grave:
CZ 27
Jennifer Hill (Camille Keaton) draws a CZ 27 on Johnny (Eron Tabor). She fires it once at his feet, but he talks her out of using it, and throws it away.
