M4A1 Carbine
The majority of the San Fransisco SWAT teams are seen armed with M4A1 Carbines with ACOG scopes, Knight's Armament RAS rail systems, and foregrips.
M249-E2 SAW
A SFPD SWAT is seen firing an M249-E2 SAW with a collapsible stock like the paratrooper variant from a helicopter at the apes attacking the police blockade on the Golden Gate Bridge.
Remington 870
A Remington 870 with black furniture, Surefire weaponlight, door-breaching muzzle, and a pistol grip is seen being carried by several SFPD SWATs, sometimes with or without the Surefire weaponlight.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
A possible Heckler & Koch MP5A2 fitted with a Surefire 628 dedicated forend weaponlight is seen being carried by a SFPD SWAT riding in a SWAT van.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
A Heckler & Koch MP5A3 with the newer UMP-style stock is seen being used by a SFPD SWAT in "The Story" featurette.
Glock 19
A Glock 19 is seen being used by a few SFPD officers to hold off a horde of apes on the Golden Gate Bridge.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is seen in the holster of various SFPD officers on the horses during the Golden Gate Bridge attack.
Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk. III
The African poachers in the beginning of the film are seen with Lee-Enfield rifles.
