Sudden Death
Sudden Death is a 1995 American action film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Powers Boothe. The film's story was written by Karen Elise Baldwin, the wife of then-Penguins owner Howard Baldwin. It also features Dorian Harewood and Raymond J. Barry, and is directed by Peter Hyams. It has been rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America. The film was shot during the 1994–95 NHL lockout. The film also was the first appearance of Iceburgh, the Penguins mascot.

Micro UZI
Several of the bad guys; including Jefferson Bernard Canepari, Wooton Jophery C. Brown, Brody Manny Perry and Briggs John Hateley uses suppressed Micro Uzi's. After knocking Brody out whit a hockey stick Darren McCord Jean-Claude Van Damme takes his Micro UZI and uses it in a shootout in the gym untill it runs dry.
Heckler & Koch P9S
Joshua Foss Powers Boothe carries a suppressed Heckler & Koch P9S that he uses to threaten Vice President Daniel Binder Raymond J. Barry, and to shoot several of the hostagaes in the owners box. Scratch Jack Erdie and Carla Faith Minton also uses supressed Heckler & Koch P9S. Darren McCord Jean-Claude Van Damme takes Foss dropped Heckler & Koch P9S and uses it to shoot up through the helikopters floor, killing Scratch and the pilot. It is also seen on the wearhouse on the long table in the beginning of the film.
SIG-Sauer P225 or SIG-Sauer Non Gun
Due to continuity errors the Heckler & Koch P9S some times switches to a SIG-Sauer P225. Both Joshua Foss Powers Boothe, Scratch Jack Erdie and Carla Faith Minton are in some scenes seen using a suppressed SIG-Sauer P225. It could possebly also be suppressed "Non Gun".
IMI Uzi
Silenced IMI Uzi submachine guns are used by numerus bad guys through the movie. Darren McCord Jean-Claude Van Damme takes one from a knocked out bad guy in the owners box and uses it to kill two of them. Several suppressed IMI UZI's are seen on the long table in the villains wearhouse in the beginning.
Heckler & Koch SP89 (mocked up as MP5K)
Silenced Heckler & Koch SP89 mocked up as a MP5K's are used by some of the bad guys. This is noted because they lack the paddle magazine release on a real MP5K.
Winchester Model 1200
A secret service man are seen with a Winchester Model 1200 when they watch the dead bodys of their colleague getting dropped out of a ice polishing machine outside the arena.
M1911A1
A suppressed M1911A1 is seen on the long table in the wearhouse and is what Pratt Fred Mancuso uses to kill a spectator with when they siege the arena in the beginning of the movie.
M16A2 Rifle
Secret service men through the movie can be seen with M16A2 rifles. A bad guy guarding the roof of the arena can be seen whit one two and one is also present on the long table in the wearhouse in the beginning.
Accuracy International L96A1 Arctic Warfare
A secret service sniper is seen with an Accuracy International L96A1 sniper rifle outside the arena when they gear up.
Glock 17
Hallmark Dorian Harewood holds McCord at gunpoint with a 2nd Generation Glock 17. McCord sprays him with fire using a watergun filled with gas and a lighter causing him burn alive.
M72 LAW
Scratch Jack Erdie uses a M72 LAW to blow up a police helicopter and an electronic bill board outside the arena.
