In the beginning of the film, Blade (Wesley Snipes ) uses a heavily modified MAC-10/11 with 16 rd. mags to dispatch several vampires.
He is also seen briefly wielding the modified MAC-11 from Blade 1 in a flashback.

Beretta 92FS
Reinhardt (Ron Perlman ) uses two Beretta 92FS handguns heavily customized with huge blades at the bottom of the barrels, and laser sights as his sidearms. Whistler (Kris Kristofferson ) also commandeers one of these weapons at the end of the film, and uses it to destroy a container filled with embryos at the research facility. Two of the vampires that Blade (Wesley Snipes ) kills in the beginning of the film are armed with normal Beretta 92FS handguns.
NOTE: The base guns were recycled from Judge Dredd . They still retain the same magazine buttplate from that build.

M16A2
Chupa (Matt Schulze ) is armed with an M16A2 assault rifle fitted with a Surefire (Laser Products) 660 tactical flashlight. It is first seen fitted with two MWG 90-round magazines coupled together, while they are in the night club, and then with a standard 30 round magazine when they are in the sewers.

AR-15
Whistler (Kris Kristofferson ) also wields an AR-15 fitted with a scope and Surefire M500AB tactical flashlight in the foregrip when they first meet the Bloodpack.
Note: the lack of shell deflector and forward assist prove Whistler's rifle to be an "M4 Type rifle" and not an M4.
