Jaws (1975)

M1 Garand

Chief Brody (Roy Scheider) uses an M1 Garand at the end of the film to fire several shots at "Bruce", the shark, and delivers the final shot to the air tank in the shark's mouth with the rifle. Several coast guards are also seen armed with M1s, most notably when they surround the two boys pretending to be the shark by wearing a fake fin.

M1 Carbine

One of the men patrolling the waters on the Fourth of July is armed with an M1 Carbine. The rifle appears to be fitted with adjustable rear sights as seen on post-WW2 M1 Carbines, but without the bayonet lug.

W.W. Greener Harpoon (built from Martini-Henry)

The Harpoon gun used by Quint (Robert Shaw) is W.W. Greener based upon a Martini-Henry carbine rifle, with a nickel finish. The spool housing the line or cord that is situated under the muzzle has been removed. Instead, the reel is attached to the ship to handle bigger fish like sharks.

12 Gauge Double Barreled shotgun

It appears that a Stevens 311A 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun is used by one of the shark fishermen/hunters during the chaotic point in the movie when the town is being invaded by fishermen wanting the reward for the shark. This is actually a deleted scene and can be viewed on the extras feature that is included on the 30th Anniversary Edition.

Arisaka Rifle

When posing with what they believe to be the shark causing all the carnage one of the men in the group (far right) appears to have a Arisaka Type 99 in his arms. Not implausible. The movie was filmed in 1974 and war souveneir firearms were still very plentiful and affordable.
