Handguns Desert Eagle A Desert Eagle is held by a Thug in the Opening Scene. He fires into the air to scare the people and later holds it on a Hostage. He his disarmed by a less-than-lethal firearm. The problem with the disarm by less-than-lethal force is the suspect was holding the gun pointed at a hostage with finger on the trigger. A strong blow by anything to the hand would have made him shoot by accident, but the movie didn't show it.
