This page is for the 2010 video game. For the first game in the franchise, see Medal of Honor (1999). The following weapons appear in the video game Medal of Honor:
The SIG-Sauer P226R is Rabbit´s signature pistol. Its 9mm rounds are fed from Mec-Gar's 18-round flush fit magazines, giving it an 18+1 maximum capacity.
A Glock 17 with a tan frame is Deuce's signature sidearm. 15+1 magazine capacity. While modeled after the Glock 17, the magazine capacity is that of a Glock 19, a weapon commonly carried by AFO personnel.
The M9 is the standard Coalition sidearm. In multiplayer it has the same (incorrect) 12 round magazine capacity featured in Battlefield: Bad Company 2. In the single-player campaign, this is Dante Adams' signature sidearm, where it has a regular 15+1 magazine capacity.
The MP-443 is the standard Taliban sidarm. Like the M9, it has a 12 round magazine capacity. Appears as the "Tariq", which is, in reality, an Iraqi clone of the Beretta M951.
The MP7A1 is an unlockable weapon for Spec Ops troopers regardless of their faction. Seen with the stock extended and foregrip down, but oddly uses the pistol sights when no optic is attached. Its attachments are an EOTech or ACOG regardless of the player's faction. It is also used by Deuce and Dusty during the Wolfpack missions.
FN F2000 can be seen in a multiplayer gameplay video, with attached grenade launcher, from GamesCom 2010 in Germany, and in the recently released 'Fallen Angel' trailer.
The G3A3 can be seen in hands of Taliban fighters in SP, while the G3A4 is an unlockable weapon in multiplayer.
-Since Afghanistan shares a huge territorial borderline with Pakistan, it makes perfect sense some Pakistani Army G3's to have fallen to Taliban hands.
The M4A1 carbine is the main weapon for the Tier 1 Operators in the game. They appear to be fitted with suppressors, RIS foregrips, and EOTech red dot sights. Rangers were seen with these as their primary weapons. In multiplayer, the M4A1 is the standard weapon for the Coalition Special Ops class.
The second of two M4 variants featured in single-player. The Mark 18 Mod 0 carbine, called M4 CQB-R in-game, equipped with optics (EOTech 552 and Aimpoint CompM2), PEQ-2 laser module, and vertical foregrip, is used by Tier 1 Operators in the opening level of the game.
The AK-47, will be seen, as in most modern war video games, in the hands of the enemy of the Tier 1 Operators. It is very briefly seen twice in the world premiere trailer. Standard weapon for Taliban Riflemen in multiplayer.
The AKs in single player can be composed of parts from other AKs used by former Eastern Bloc countries, including East Germany. The hand-guard, stock, and even the magazine's material can vary from weapon to weapon.
The compact carbine version of the AK-74 can be seen in the MP trailer with the the foregrip of an PA md. 86. Standard weapon for the Taliban Special Ops class.
A Ranger was seen with this Mk. 14 EBR in the new trailer "Leave a Message", and in single-player footage. Capable of Semi-Auto and Full Auto fire modes, with full auto being extremely effective in certain points.
The Mk. 46 Mod 0 is seen with an EOTech sight in trailers and promotional screenshots, and with the M145 MG optic in actual gameplay. It appears as the M249. Alternate unlockable weapon for the Coalition Rifleman class.
The M60E4 has also been seen on the killfeed and in the Limited Edition trailer. Weapon of choice for Tier 1 Operator Voodoo, who let's Rabbit use his weapon after Voodoo dislocates a shoulder from a fall, and trades the M60 for Rabbit's M4A1 to continue fighting.
The 870 MCS is an alternate unlockable weapon for the Coalition Special Ops class. Single-player version of this weapon features a shorter barrel and magazine tube (5+1 rather than 8), a Crane stock, and a VERY fast rate of fire for a pump-action shotgun.
The M1014 has been spotted in a gameplay video from TGS. When reloading from empty, Adams will load the first shell directly into the chamber and then release the bolt handle. The remaining rounds are then quickly loaded via the loading port.
The Barrett M107 is seen in the Friends from Afar trailer and is used by Deuce in both Wolfpack missions. The Barrett used AN/PAS-13b Weapon Thermal Sight instead of a regular scope.
The M110 SASS/SR-25 can also be seen in the Friends from Afar trailer and is used by both Dusty and Deuce in both Wolfpack missions. Because the game takes place between 2001-2002 and the M110 SASS was produced from 2008 onward, this is supposed to be the SR-25 (only with tan paint scheme).
The M203 grenade launcher is mounted on Dante Adams' M4 in the final level of SP, on the M16A4 in MP, and can also be seen on M4s in the hands of NPC Rangers at the start of both Belly of the Beast and the final SP level.
