Handguns
Beretta 92FS
Det. Jack Carter (Damon Wayans) carries a 9mm Beretta 92FS as his service pistol. He is first seen pulling it while working undercover under the name of Rock Keats. Other officers of the LAPD that are seen using the Beretta include Captain Jensen and Lieutenant Finch. When Carter goes to the mansion of Colton (James Caan) to rescue Traci, Archie Moses (Adam Sandler) is seen pulling a suppressed Beretta.
Beretta 93R
During the shootout in the kitchen a few of Colten's thugs are using a Beretta 93R
Ruger KP944
Detective Jack Carter also has a .40 caliber Ruger KP944 pistol as a secondary sidearm. The LAPD does not issue the Ruger as a sidearm. Detective Sulliman also uses a KP944, but it is a full stainless steel version, unlike Jack's, which is two toned.
Detonics M1911A1 Compact
Finally, Jack Carter has a .45 Detonics M1911A1 compact pistol as a backup weapon, but never fires it. It is only seen when Carter tries to stop Archie from escaping, and forcing him to fly the plane.
Walther PPK/S
Traci at point in the film is seen pulling a Walther PPK/S. The Walther is then seen in the hands of Moses (Adam Sandler).

M16A2
Used by SWAT team members and DEA agents in the opening shootout with Colton's thugs at the warehouse
OA-93
The OA-93 is used by Colton's thugs.
AKM
Colton's thugs in the opening shootout are seen using AKM rifles.
Submachine Guns
Uzi
Used by Colton's thugs in the opening shootout with LAPD officers
Mini Uzi
During the ambush, many of colton's thugs are seen firing IMI Mini Uzis
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is used by Colton's thugs.
Machine Guns
M60
During the ambush where Carter was transporting Moses to a plane to L.A., one of Colton's thugs used an M60 mounted on top of one of their pickups at the Highway Patrol troopers and later at Carter and Moses' plane when it starts to take off.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Bullpup
A Mossberg 500 Bullpup converted version is used by Colton's Thugs.
