The Browning Hi-Power is the standard pistol of the Australian armed forces. The ships XO Lieutenant Kate McGregor and Petty Officer Bosun Pete 'Buffer' Tomaszewski have older model Hi Powers.

When checking a boat that had reportedly been boarded by pirates a Smith & Wesson Model 36 was discovered in a drawer. The grips appear to be an after market addition.

CZ 75

A few "Pre-B" CZ 75s appeared in the second season episode "Takedown". It seems to have either been an error or they didn't have enough of the similar looking Browning Hi-Powers, since these were being carried by the Hammersley crew.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Early in the second season several criminals escaped from the Hammersly after stabbing CPO Andy 'Charge' Thorpe with a screwdriver. They then armed themselves with two Heckler & Koch MP5A3s. They were also seen being used by Mercenaries.

The SAS patrol carried by Hammersley was armed with MP5s.

During episode four of series III, Mike and Spider are made to carry explosives at gunpoint by a Micro Uzi toting thug.
