Several of Snidely Whiplash's (Alfred Molina) henchmen use the SIG-Sauer P226 throughout the movie.
Beretta 92FS
The same henchmen also use the Beretta 92F.
Unknown Revolver
Snidely Whiplash (Alfred Molina) uses it to rob a bank with his henchmen in the beginning of the film.
Unkown Double Barrell Shotgun
Snidely Whiplash (Alfred Molina) uses this to 'plant' gold in the waters to make the townspeople think that there's actually gold that can be found in them but he doesn't use it to kill people.
IMI Uzi
One of Whiplash's henchmen is seen with a full size Uzi guarding the territory where Whiplash is having gold shipped and he later arrives.
Special Weapons SP-10
One of Whip's Henchmen is seen carrying what looks to be a Special Weapons SP-10 whilist riding on one of the boats.
- I haven't seen this movie in years, but there's no way it could be an SP-10; those didn't exist when the movie was filmed. -MT2008

Dudley Do Right (Brendan Fraser) is seen armed with the M1928 Thompson submachine gun on numerous occasions.

Seen in the hands of Whiplash's henchmen. Some of the M16A1 rifles have the M203 40mm grenade launcher fitted under the barrel.

Seen in the hands of Whiplash's henchmen.
Colt M1911A1
Seen in the hands of one of Whiplash's henchmen when they raid the Indian village.
Remington 700
Seen in the hands of one of Whiplash's henchmen when he was running away from a massive boulder.
Browning M2
Browning M2 heavy machine guns were seen mounted on Whiplash's tanks.
