Yojimbo
Yojimbo is a Japanese samurai movie starring Toshiro Mifune and Tatsuya Nakadai, directed by Akira Kurosawa. It notably features only one gun, which plays an important role in the hands of Nakadai.
It was later remade as many films including A Fistful of Dollars, Django, Last Man Standing, Lucky Number Slevin, Sukiyaki Western Django, Inferno and some others. Though there was lawsuit against Leone from Akira Kurisawa for plagiarism (Kurosawa won and was producer of japanese release), Yojimbo itself is unofficialy based on Dashil Hammet's noir novel "Red Harvest".

Smith & Wesson Model 2
Unosuke the gunfighter (Tatsuya Nakadai) carrys a Smith & Wesson Model 2 under his clothes and uses it in what may be the most memorable sword-vs-gun fight ever scene of which inspired similar moment in Walter Hill's movie The Warriors, where the same tactics (knife thrown in the only man, who have the gun in the enemy bunch).
