The M60 machine gun, firing 7.62x51mm rounds off of a 100 round belt, is used by John Rambo near the end of the film when he removes it from the back of a personel truck.

M16A1

The M16A1 assualt rifle, firing 5.56x45mm(.223) rounds from a 20 round magazine is used by several members of the police while they hunt down John Rambo.

Rambo's Survival Knife

Rambo's Knife is a survival knife featuring a screw open hilt holding matches, a compass, thread and needle for field dressing. It's blade is so sharp it can cleanly cut paper in half.

M72 LAW

The M72 LAW(Light anti-tank weapon) is a 3 foot disposable single shot launcher capable of penetrating mutiple layers of armor. A member of the national guard fires one into the cave Rambo is hiding in, failing to kill him but trapping him in a cave.

Winchester Model 88

While in a police chopper, Deputy Sgt. Arthur Galt fires his Winchester Model 88 lever-action rifle at Rambo before falling to his death. Rambo kills two dobermans with the rifle and wounds their owner before it runs out of bullets. The gun is common in .243 and .308 calibers firing from a 3 shot magazine. (In the film, they fire way more though.)
