Keeping faithful to the novel series, Dave Robicheaux (Alec Baldwin) carries a 1911A1 throughout the film. The particular model is a Colt MK IV Series 80 noted by the slide when Dave goes to the Laundromat where Victor Romero (Hawthorne James) is hiding out at.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
Bubba Rocque (Eric Roberts) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 66 to shoot his wife Claudette Rocque (Teri Hatcher). Claudette had attempted to draw it from the desk to shoot Dave in the back, only to find it gone.

Toot (Carl A. McGee) draws a Smith & Wesson Model 19 hidden in a stove after he thinks Dave is at his place.
