Bill Fawcett (Chris Potter ) uses a tutone Heckler & Koch USP , presumabley a USP-45 based on the muzzle diameter to hold up Shane Wolf (Vin Diesel ) and Julie Plummer (Faith Ford ) in her husband's secet basement before being knocked out by Shane. There is a Continuity error where we see the gun's hammer is cocked, but in the next shot, the hammer is not.
