The Spy Who Loved Me
Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
The following weapons can be seen in the film The Spy Who Loved Me:
Walther PPK
Once again, James Bond (Roger Moore) uses his Walther PPK. Agent XXX/Anya (Barbara Bach) briefly holds it on him during the final scene in the escape hatch.
Beretta 70
In some scenes, Bond's Walther PPK is seen replaced by a Beretta 70 pistol. This pistol is also seen in some of the promotional posters and on the cover of the DVD.
Beretta 950 Jetfire
Agent XXX/Anya (Barbara Bach) carries a .25 ACP Beretta 950 Jetfire throughout the movie. Bond also holds a Jetfire in many of the film's promotional material, including the photo used for the above DVD cover.
Mauser C96
Jaws (Richard Kiel) fires at Bond and XXX from a car with a Mauser C96 while riding with Stromburg's (Kurt Jurgens) henchmen.
unidentified revolvers
Jaws (Richard Kiel) fires a compensated revolver at Bond and Anya before switching to the Mauser when he runs out of ammunition. One of the other henchmen in the car fires a revolver at them as well.
Sterling L2A3
Bond leads the British, Soviet and American submarine officers and crewmebers into Stromburg's armory, where he and many of the sailors arm themselves with 9 mm Sterling L2A3s.
Armalite AR-18
One of the skiing assassins sent to kill Bond in the pre-credits sequence has an Armalite AR-18.
MGC M16 Replica Rifles
The British, Soviet and American submarine officers and crewmembers also take several MGC M-16 Model Gun Corp Replica Rifles from Stromburg's armory on the Liparus.
Mk 2 hand grenade
Both the submarine officers and Stromburg's henchmen use Mk 2 hand grenades taken from Stromburg's armory during the Liparus battle.
Table gun
Karl Stromberg(Kurt Jurgens) has a launcher underneath his dining table for anyone who gets on his wrong side, with a perspex tube to guide the projectile. It seems to be built on a Flare Pistol, possibly a WW2 german one.
Opening Titles
In the title sequence in the beginning of the movie, there are many silhouettes of naked women doing acrobatic stunts from the barrels of pistols, which are Walther P38's and a Colt Model 1903.
