The Spanish title of the film is El Laberinto del Fauno.
Mauser rifle
Spanish soldiers carry what appear to be Mauser-pattern rifles. Not sure what the exact model is.
Luger P08
Captain Vidal carries a Luger sidearm.
Astra 600
One of Vidal's officers is seen with an Astra. Makes sense, since the movie is set in Spain & Astra's are Spanish pistols.
Trivia
None of the guns in this film are ever actually fired. At the time of production, a drought was taking place, and the production team was not allowed to use blanks or even squibs. Hence, all those effects are digital. However, since Hellboy, it seems they have remembered to include actions cycling, which is also done digitally.
