RE Noob

Hi I'm replying to your message first of all>

Error creating thumbnail: File missing

For how to make a page it depends on the type of page you want to make. -Do you know how to screencap? --AdAstra2009 04:38, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

Screencap

For screencaps I usually

1)play the film on your PC and pause where you want to take a shot.

2)Where it's paused you press the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard (should be near top of keyboard) -that copies the image.

3)Afterwards open up paint and do EDIT>PASTE or Ctrl+V

4)crop the image if neccessary (try to keep images around the same size though)

5)Save & upload

That's how I do it though I know alot of the other guys use some kind of free screencap software (I never used it but you can ask on the forum (located under the "special" side bar) --AdAstra2009 04:48, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

Thanx

No problem --AdAstra2009 04:51, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

Making a page

I can help you out to the best of my abilities. I've been building a Help page for some time. Go here to at least learn how to start a page.

http://www.imfdb.org/index.php/Help:Contents

I have to finish it still, but look at my Watchmen page for proper formatting pointers. And use proper grammar at all times on this site, we encourage this be a respectable site, not a text message or IM. If you build a page and one of the admins (including myself) fixes something, take note of it. - Gunmaster45
