Bionic Woman was a short lived television series that ran an abbreviated season just before the Motion Pictures and Television Writers strike of Winter 2007-2008. (The striking union was the WGA - Writer's Guild of America) The series was the brainchild of David Eick, co-producer of the successful re-imagined Battlestar Galactica television series, but it was handled poorly. Dark, depressing, and without a soul, the Bionic Woman tried to capture the feel of BSG (even as far as having tons of BSG actors do cameo appearances on the show) but it was a misguided effort. The ratings plummeted after the first episode, being that this was a dark and ultimately unsatisfying show about a super-heroine who could never use her powers in public. The writer's strike put the nail in the show's coffin and it was not renewed for more episodes after the strike ended in the early Spring of 2008. Typical of Hollywood, all of the blame for the expensive show's failure was hurled at the show's star, Michelle Ryan, which was exceptionally unfair, since the show's weaknesses lay squarely on the shoulders of the producer, director(s) and script writers.
The following guns were used on the show Bionic Woman:
Episode 1 (Pilot): the Heckler & Koch MP5A5 is extensively used by the security forces of the Berkut Group. While analyzing the sequence, these MP5s have the four position trigger group, making them the A4 variant. They also never fire, so they could be airsoft guns.

In a particularly chilling sequence, Kim and his tactical group walk past the bodies of fourteen massacred scientists in the tunnel. Heckler & Koch MP5A3 with Navy Trigger Group
Episode 2 (Paradise Lost): used by mercenaries disguised as U.S. Marines and also by the Berkut Group's Tactical teams. These guns also fire, so it can be assumed that the show switches to MP5A3s when they have to fire blanks (thus supporting the theory that all of the A4/A5s in the show are airsoft guns).
Episode 1 (Pilot): The Heckler & Koch SL8 rifle is used by the homicidal "first Bionic Woman" Sarah Corvus (Katee Sackhoff) to snipe at Doctor Will Anthros, Jaime Sommer's fiancé. The actual rifle is a 5.56x45mm NATO weapon, not the best caliber to choose for a super long distance sniper shot through a building's safety glass window. The round is too small and light.
Can't forget during a heavy down pour. It would throw the shoot way off. The Winchester
Episode 1 (Pilot): The Heckler & Koch UMP-45 is used by 'the man' (Thomas Kretschmann), a mysterious shadow world figure who was never explained due to the show's sudden cancellation.
Episode 2 (Paradise Lost) - Berkut Group Tactical team members carry MP7A1s during a night time raid.

Episode 2 (Paradise Lost): the M4/M4A1 carbine is used by mercenaries posing as Marines. Berkut Group analyst Ruth Treadwell (Molly Price) also picks up a flat top M4 from the gun rack ... of a pawn shop (?!) to fight off the phoney Marines.

A Zastava M70AB2 (the underfolder Yugo AK) rifle was used by a gunman to score a direct hit to Jaime's right shoulder in the episode "Faceoff". The rifle is recognizable by the grenade launcher sight attachment to the gas block and the three heat vent holes in the front fore arm - 7.62x39mm

M1911A1
Episode 1 (Pilot): Jae Kim (Will Yun Lee) carries a nickel plated M1911-A1 when he searches for Sarah Corvus in a darkened building. He later switches to the Beretta 92FS almost exclusively for the rest of the show.
Episode 2 (Paradise Lost) - used by Jae Kim (Will Yun Lee) when he is hunting for Sarah Corvus, the Beretta 92FS is almost exclusively carried for the rest of the season. Also carried by Antonio Pope (Isaiah Washington) when he leads the BG tactical team.
In Episode 4 (Faceoff), Antonio Pope (Isaiah Washington) manages to grab a Jericho 941 out of the holster of the terrorist holding him hostage, and with hands bound behind his back, manages to shoot several terrorists with the pistol - 9mm.
Episode 5 (The Education of Jaime Sommers), Antonio Pope uses a custom M1911A1 match pistol with Novak Sights and a Suppressor during the fight in the marketplace.
Episode 2 (Paradise Lost): rather anachronistically attached to a U.S. Marine's web gear. There is a continuity break moments later when a booby trap is made with the grenade and it changes into an M67 Grenade.
