Hand Held GE M134 Minigun

Scarlett's Crossbow
Scarlet (Rachel Nicoles) main weapon though the film is a crossbow pistol, with dual lasers on each end of the bow, and with an amazing ability to rewind and view previous shots through a camcorder screen, to program the next bolt to hit the same target, very reminiscent of the Zorg ZF-1 Pod Weapon from The Fifth Element, it also appears to be firing explosive bolts.
AA-12
Used by Duke (Channing Tatum) during the attack on the G.I. Joe base, the Pit.

Unknown GI Joe Weapons
The Delta-6 Accelerator Suits worn by Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) have an unknown gattling gun mounted around the right wrist (as in the hand of the operator goes through weapon and the barrels spin around his wrist) and a rocket launcher type weapon on the left wrist, that appears to fire three rockets of roughly the same size as a large cigar. Both these appear to be purely props and not based on real world weapons.
Unknown Cobra Weapons
Baroness (Sienna Miller) and Cobra augmented soldiers fire fictional "Pulse" weapons. Also on the top of McCullens (Christopher Eccleston) base there is a huge pulse canon and on the top of the baroness's (Sienna Miller) car and on the two Cobra aircraft in the film, there is what appears to be a smaller version of the same weapon. All seem to use the same cgi effect when fired
