Unidentified rifle

One rifle, seen among the Red weapons, has an uncommon combination of the bayonet lug and the sling swivel on the top barrel band. There are few rifles that have such feature and exist in 1920s, one of them is an Enfield Pattern 14, and another one is a Ross Mk III, but this guess cannot be proved.
