Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt is a multiplayer battle royale third-person shooter. It is free-to-play, currently available on PC and PlayStation 5. It will likely release on Xbox in November 2023, after an 18-month exclusivity deal with Sony ends.
As vampiric agents of the Camarilla, players battle Anarchs (other players) in the streets of Prague while thwarting vampire-hunting Entity NPCs. Shooting and high-speed parkour is mixed with melee combat and magical Disciplines, unique to each vampire clan and archetype.
Bloodhunt features a variety of classic and modern firearms. Each weapon can be found at different levels of rarity which increase accuracy, magazine size, reload speed, and/or rate of fire.
The following weapons appear in the video game Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt:
Handguns
Pistol
Players start the game (and respawn) with a Pistol, which appears to be a hybrid between the Smith & Wesson Sigma and the FN FNP, firing low caliber ammo. The Pistol is Em's weapon of choice.
Dual Pistols
The Dual Pistols are the same base model as the Pistol, but in better condition with a nicer finish and some accessories. They fire low caliber ammo.
"Double Tap"
Added in the Tremere Update, the "Double Tap" is a fictional double-barreled handgun based on the Whitney Wolverine. Gameplay-wise, it fires a low-caliber round from each barrel in quick succession - i.e. the eponymous "double tap".
Taurus Raging Hunter
The Taurus Raging Hunter appears as the "Revolver" and fires precision ammo, shared with sniper rifles.
Submachine Guns
Silenced SMG
The Silenced SMG fires low caliber ammo. Silenced SMGs are often found in Camarilla weapons caches.
The model appears to be an odd kitbash of a CZ Scorpion K into a Uzi-like package.
Dual SMGs
The Dual SMGs appear to be the same model as the Silenced SMG, but swapping accessories for an Anarch paint job. They also fire low caliber ammo, and were added in the Spring Update.
Thompson Submachine Gun
A hybrid Thompson Submachine Gun, with most of the features of an M1928 but with a side charging handle like an M1, is identified in-game as the "Tommy Gun" and fires high caliber ammo.
Shotguns
Double-Barrel
The Double Barrel Shotgun fires shotgun shells. It's the favorite weapon of Kirill, Sheriff of Prague.
Dual Shotguns
The Dual Shotguns are a pair of sawed-off double-barrel shotguns, introduced in the Combat & Power Update.
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
The "Pump Shotgun" is a Mossberg 500 Cruiser and fires shotgun shells.
Rifles
AK-47
A Type 2 AK-47 appears as the "Assault Rifle" and fires high caliber ammo.
CZ 805 BREN A1
The CZ 805 BREN A1, identified in-game as the "Burst Rifle", fires high caliber ammo. It can toggled between burst fire and a more accurate semi-automatic mode. These rifles are used by the Entity hunters, and can only be obtained by killing one.
PSL Sniper Rifle
The "Marksman Rifle" is a PSL Sniper Rifle with a milled AK-47 receiver and fires precision ammo. The PSL became popular with Anarchs in Prague after the Velvet Revolution.
Hunting Rifle
The bolt-action Hunting Rifle inflicts a damage over time bleeding effect. It fires precision ammo at a higher rate than the Sniper Rifle, but deals less damage up front and doesn't have long-range optics. It was added in the eponymous Hunting Rifle Update.
Sniper Rifle
The bolt-action Sniper Rifle fires precision ammo. Aside from computers, the Sniper Rifle is Omnis's preferred weapon.
Machine Guns
M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle
The M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle, identified in-game as the "Toggleable Machine Gun", fires high caliber ammo. It can be toggled between an accurate, low-fire-rate mode, or spray lead with an inaccurate high-fire-rate mode, a feature of the real M1918A2.
Lewis Gun
The Lewis Gun, identified in-game as the "Light Machine Gun", fires high caliber ammo.
Other
Crossbow
The Crossbow fires crossbow bolts. The tips explode, spreading poisonous gas over an area. Further, a direct hit will deal heavy damage to a vampire or mortal.
Dual Crossbows
The Dual Crossbows fire crossbow bolts. Despite using the same ammunition as the full-size crossbow, these bolts have high-explosive tips.
Minigun
The Minigun is found only in Entity weapon caches. It fires unique ammunition, and cannot be reloaded.
9-Barrel
The 9-Barrel fires precision ammo.
