Spider-Man 3
The Following Guns can be seen in the movie Spider Man 3:
Beretta 92FS
Several NYPD officers are seen with Beretta 92FSs throughout the movie, mainly holstered and are mostly seen during the Sandman rampage from the truck.
Beretta 92FS Inox
In a flashback of Ben Parker's death, Parker's killer(Michael Papajohn) is seen with a Beretta 92FS Inox.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Flint Marko is seen with a Smith & Wesson Model 15 during the flashback of Ben Parker's death.
M16A1
The M16A1 is seen used by S.W.A.T. members during the scene where they try to help the hostage,but seems to be useless as Sandman(Thomas Haden Church) and Venom(Topher Grace) absorbes bullets.
- Both of these appear to be M4s. It doesn't make sense that whoever handled weapons on the set of the movie would use two different guns, especially since the M16A1 is considered an outdated design nowadays and wouldn't be appropriate for a modern S.W.A.T team to use. -MT2008
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
The guard in the van full of money is seen with a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun before Sandman storms in. It's unusual for an old gun to be used by a security guard.
It looks more like a pump because one of the "barrels" looks bigger than the top one. It also looks to be a pump because of the way he's holding it. Although I'm not sure exactly what it is.
- This is definitely not a double-barrel; it's a Remington 870, exactly as was guessed initially. -MT2008

A news report shows a SWAT member with an M4A1 Carbine when the trucks flip over.
