As Oliveria pointed out (however rudely), it is an RPD. Hard to tell whether it's a genuine Russian example or not, but I'd guess it's most likely a Chinese copy. Also:
This weapon is a Chinese Type 56 copy of an AK-47, not an original AK-47. The other one on the page seems to be a real AK-47, though. -MT2008
