Bosch: Legacy is the 2022 continuation of the Amazon Prime series Bosch, which was streamed on Amazon Prime from 2014 to 2021. Titus Welliver returns as Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch, the former LAPD homicide detective turned private investigator made famous in a series of crime novels written by Michael Connelly. Following the events of Bosch - Season 7, Bosch: Legacy finds the former detective now solving cases outside the bureaucracy of the LAPD and now working with defense attorney Honey Chandler (Mimi Rogers). The first season of the Bosch: Legacy is primarily based on the Connelly novel The Wrong Side of Goodbye. The series also follows Bosch's daughter Maddie (Madison Lintz) as she begins her new career as an LAPD patrol officer. The first 4 episodes of the series premiered on May 6, 2022 on the new streaming service Amazon Freevee (formerly known as ImdbTV).
