Black Pea Coats Chyornye bushlaty ) is a Russian 2018 war mini-series directed by Vitaliy Vorobyov. The plot depicts the activities of a Soviet special operations squad of the Northern Fleet in 1941 (inspired by the real 181st Separate Reconnaissance Squad and its serviceman, subsequently commander Viktor Leonov). "Black pea coats" was a common nickname of the Soviet naval infantry (marines).
