Street Law (original title Il cittadino si ribella ("The citizen rebels")) is a 1974 Italian crime movie directed by Enzo G. Castellari. When a mild-mannered engineer named Carlo Antonelli (Franco Nero) is brutalized during an armed robbery, he decides to take the law into his own hands.
The following weapons were used in the film Street Law:
What appears to be a snub nose revolver is briefly used by "Beard" (Nazzareno Zamperla) in the climactic scene.
Pistols
Beretta M1951
Two Beretta M1951 pistols are among the guns that Carlo (Franco Nero) illegally purchases with Tommy's (Giancarlo Prete) help. Carlo leaves one of his pistols together with Beretta M12 SMG when he falsifies his kidnapping. A Beretta M51 is also used by the robber "Unibrow" (Massimo Vanni).
Beretta M1934
Beretta M1934 pistols are seen in hands of a criminal in the opening scene. Tommy (Giancarlo Prete) holds a Beretta M1934 during the robbery in jewelry store.
During the post office robbery the gang leader (Romano Puppo) uses a Thompson M1A1 with removed stock. He also uses this SMG in the climactic scene, this time the stock is attached.
Sten Mk II
The robber "Unibrow" (Massimo Vanni) is armed with a Sten Mk II SMG during the post office robbery and in the climactic scene. His Sten has British T-shaped stock.
Beretta Model 38/42
During the car chase and in several other scenes police officers carry Beretta Model 38/42 SMGs.
Beretta Model 38/57
Police officers also carry Beretta Model 38/57 SMGs, identified by typical push-button safety catch.
Beretta M12
A Beretta M12 is among the guns that Carlo (Franco Nero) illegally purchases with Tommy's (Giancarlo Prete) help. Carlo leaves the SMG when he falsifies his kidnapping. "Beard" (Nazzareno Zamperla) uses a Beretta M12 in the climactic scene, firing his SMG in both semi auto and full auto mode.
Shotguns
Winchester Model 1200
Carlo's (Franco Nero) main gun is a Winchester Model 1200 with sawed-off stock, fitted with a kind of muzzle brake. When firing, the shotgun produces an incredibly devastating effect, more fitting for a grenade launcher.
Over and Under Sawed-off Shotgun
During the post office robbery, the robber "Beard" (Nazzareno Zamperla) is armed with an Over and Under Shotgun with sawed-off barrels and intact buttstock in classic Italian lupara style.
