Sidearms Ruger Mark IV The Ruger Mk IV appears in the game under the name "Andersson .22LR" despite the markings on the in-game gun saying "Roger Mark II" it has 3 different variants but they are all cosmetics, it is the only Semi-Automatic Pistol in the game for now, also, like all other handguns, the player can equip a Scope or Red dot sight on it.
