Most of the primary characters use Glock pistols. In many shots they are fakes, replicas or rubber stunt pistols. In firing sequences, it is assumed they are Glock 17s which is one of the issued handguns of the NYPD.

Interesting note that the threaded part is on the suppressor and screwing into the barrel of the Beretta. Most real life suppressed pistols have the male threading on the outside of the muzzle. This threads into the interior of the barrel, mostly because it's a blank adapted pistol that's been tapped and drilled for the blank adapter.
