Not eligible as a main article since it's a mobile game, so I'll work on it here. Sadly, my graphics settings are restricted to low quality, as seen in the majority of the screenshots below, though there are a few higher quality ones added by another user.
The following weapons appear in the video game Call of Duty: Mobile:
Handguns
"Annihilator"
The Taurus Raging Bull-based "Annihilator" from Call of Duty: Black Ops III was added in the Season 6 Battle Pass. It is available as an "operator skill", and is used in single-action mode.
In Season 7, the Battle Royale version gained the ability to be reloaded. This is done while the hammer is still cocked, something which is not possible on real similar revolvers.
Custom Springfield Armory M1911
The same Springfield Armory PX9109L/Springfield Custom Professional from Black Ops III appears as the "MW11".
"Bear Trap"
The "Bear Trap" Epic blueprint from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was added to CoD Mobile under the same name. It consists of the frame of a Kimber Custom TLE/RL II combined with an STI-like slide.
Additionally, the "Double Tap" calling card features a design based on the "Corax" blueprint from Modern Warfare (as noted by its unique trigger), which resembles an STI Tactical (regarding both the frame and the slide).
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The slightly altered Desert Eagle Mark XIX from Modern Warfare (2019) was added during Season 12 as the ".50 GS". It uses the design of "Monochromatic" blueprint from MW, noted by the ".50AE" markings at the front of the slide, along its "rubberized grip tape" being present by default (although the CoD Mobile version has a separate rubberized grip tape attachment that can be equipped alongside it).
"J358"
The "J358" is a revolver loosely based on the Smith & Wesson Model 327 Performance Center M&P R8. By default, it has wooden grips, and holds 6 rounds, but can be upgraded with an 8-round cylinder (which matches the capacity of the real S&W Model 327). Prior to Season 9, it used .45 caliber ammunition in Battle Royale mode, but now it uses the generic "light" ammo for handguns and SMGs.
The revolver's frame reuses the model of the modified Smith & Wesson Model 629 Stealth Hunter from Call of Duty Online. Interestingly, one one of the barrel attachments, the "J358 Long", consists of a heavy barrel similar to that of a 629 Stealth Hunter.
Shotguns
Fostech Origin-12
The Fostech Origin-12 was added in Season 10 under the name "Echo". It uses the model of the "Bloodlines" blueprint from Modern Warfare (2019), which has some cosmetically different parts, most notably the handguard.
"KRM 262"
The "KRM-262" pump-action shotgun from Black Ops III was added to the game. The first version featured was the "Lava" Epic variant in Season 3, with a lava-style color scheme, as well as a muzzle brake that was not present on the BO3 model. In Season 8, the "base" version of the gun was added (without a hyphen in its name); it initially lacked the aforementioned muzzle brake, but this has changed in a later update.
The Winchester 1200 mentioned below has an Epic blueprint called the "Red Action", which is visually inspired by the "KRM-262", and was available before the KRM-262's addition to the game.
Sentinel Arms Striker-12 / Armsel Protecta Hybrid
The Sentinel Arms Striker-12 / Armsel Protecta hybrid from Call of Duty Online returns as the "Striker". This time, the (incorrect) use of the Striker-12's thumb tab is omitted, and thus the player character is shown loading shells without rotating the drum.
SRM Arms Model 1216
The SRM Arms Model 1216 appears as the "HS2126". Unlike its counterpart from Black Ops II, one pull of the trigger automatically fires four rounds, essentially making it a burst-firing shotgun.
Initially, it reused the Black Ops II model, with the player character rotating the magazine after each burst. However, in Season 9, the weapon was replaced by an inaccurate rendition, with the detachable magazine replaced by an internal one (therefore eliminating the rotating process while retaining the 4-round burst mode), along with a stock shaped similarly to a UTAS UTS-15, and a shortened top rail. The reloading process is done partly off-screen, in one motion.
Winchester 1200
The modified Winchester 1200 from the Modern Warfare franchise appears as the "BY15". It uses the Modern Warfare Remastered model, with the addition of some rails.
Winchester Model 1887
A heavily modified sawed-off Winchester Model 1887 appears as the "HS0405".
Submachine Guns
"Cordite"
The FN P90-based "Cordite" from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was added during Season 6.
"PDW-57"
The "PDW-57", another P90-based SMG previously appearing in Black Ops II, is featured in the game.
"GKS"
The "GKS", a submachine gun seemingly inspired by the POF PSG and previously appearing in Black Ops 4, was added during Season 5.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 was added in Season 7 as the "QQ9". It uses the model of the "Strapped" blueprint from Modern Warfare (2019), albeit with the sling removed. That blueprint essentially consists of an MP5A3 fitted with a handguard which is a hybrid between HK Parts MP5, 94 & HK53 Key Mod Handguard and Midwest Industries MP5 M-LOK handguard, and a top rail which for some reason is fitted with a quick detach lever from EOTech holographic sights, implying that the top rail can be removed quickly, though how exactly this could work in reality remains unfathomable.
The "Flood" Epic variant is a returning blueprint from Modern Warfare (where it is a Legendary one). It received various changes for CoD Mobile, such as the charging handle being relocated to the rear.
Heckler & Koch MP7A2
The visually altered Heckler & Koch MP7A2 from Modern Warfare (2019) was added in Season 13 as the "QXR".
"HG 40"
The "HG 40", a futuristic MP40 from Black Ops III, appears in the game with even more alterations to the model.
Jianshe 9mm
The Jianshe 9mm returns from Black Ops II as the "Chicom", still fitted with an unusable Magpul FMG-9-like carry handle/tactical light combo, and erroneously firing in 3-round bursts.
KRISS Vector
The KRISS Vector Gen I / Gen II hybrid from Modern Warfare (2019) was added in Season 11 as the "Fennec".
The "Midnight" and "Royal Coffer" Epic blueprints are fitted with tactical stocks via M4 stock adaptors. The "Ascended" Mythic blueprint has a customization option that makes it resemble the civilian Vector CRB Enhanced, albeit with a shorter barrel shroud.
MSMC
The Modern Sub Machine Carbine appears, using the Black Ops III model.
IMI Mini Uzi
The "Covert Mini" Epic blueprint uses the model of the IMI Mini Uzi from Call of Duty Online (with some cosmetic additions), which has a top rail, and an Uzi Pro-style charging handle on the left side.
"Pharo"
The "Pharo" from Black Ops III, a Ruger MP9-based submachine gun firing in 4-round bursts, was added in Season 2.
"Razorback"
The "Razorback" from Black Ops III, a submachine gun bearing a resemblance to the fictional "Thor PDW", was added in Season 2.
Rifles & Carbines
AK-102
The modified AK-102 from Call of Duty Online returns as the "AK117".
"Kit Bag"
The "Kit Bag" Epic blueprint of the "AK117" is modeled after the "Maverick" from Call of Duty: Ghosts, a fictional custom FN FAL build.
AKM
The AKM appears, referred to as the earlier AK-47, and using the same model from Call of Duty Online. As a result, it is depicted with three rivets at the rear of the receiver (like AK variants with side-folding stocks, such as the AKS-74 and the AK-100 series), and the fire selector is set to semi-auto.
"Metallic Mist"
The "Metallic Mist" Epic blueprint uses the model of an AKS-74U lookalike created from the AK-47 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019), with a blue finish. Given the different model reused compared to the base CoDM version, the fire selector is correctly set to full-auto.
"Pumpkin Head"
The "Pumpkin Head" Legendary blueprint is a Halloween-decorated rifle based on Black Ops 4’s "KN-57" (which itself was based on the 2015 prototype of the AK-12).
AKS-74U
The heavily modified AKS-74U from Call of Duty Online appears, still classed as a submachine gun. The in-game name was changed from "AKS-74U" to "RUS-79U" during Season 3.
AKU-94
The modified AKU-94 from Call of Duty Online returns as the "BK57".
Vepr
The "Gimmick" Epic blueprint of the "BK57" is modeled after the Vepr from Call of Duty Online, with a custom finish.
AN-94
The AN-94 appears as the "ASM10" (named similarly to the Thompson-based "ASM1" from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare). It uses the Call of Duty Online model, which has a prototype AK-12 style fire selector, and a magazine inserted vertically rather than being slightly canted to the right.
AS Val
The AS Val from Modern Warfare (2019) was added in 2021 as part of Season 2: Day of Reckoning.
VSS Vintorez
Similarly to its MW counterpart, the AS Val can be visually turned into a VSS Vintorez, in this case with the "RTC Steady Stock". The resemblance can be further increased with the "10 Round FMJ" magazine and (to some extent) the "RTC 4.4X Tactical Scope". The "OWC Ranger Stock" approximates the modernized VSSM.
SR-3 Vikhr
Also like in Modern Warfare, SR-3/SR-3M Vikhr-like configurations can be made with the weapon, in this case with the "MIP 105mm Melee Barrel" (or potentially the "MIP Quick Response Barrel"), as well as the "OWC Skeleton Stock" (or the default stock for the SR-3M).
Custom AR
A custom AR-15-patterned rifle appears as the "M4". It consists of a hybrid upper receiver with its right side being from VLTOR MUR while the left is similar to Cross Machine Tools receiver with grooves like JP Enterprises CTR-02, a Geissele Super Dynamic trigger, a Magpul trigger guard and a Magpul pistol grip. It has a handguard which appears to be a hybrid between the HWK KeyMod Free Float Handguard, Titan Handguard and Fortis Night Rail, and a stock that appears to be a hybrid between a Magpul MOE SL and a Steyr AUG's stock. It also has a Raptor charging handle, a shark style muzzle brake and the magazine looks like it has a built in plate similar to the UTG polymer magazines.
FAMAS F1
A modified FAMAS F1 was added in 2021 as part of Season 1: New Order. The design is the one used by the "Desert Rat" and "Bubble Burster" blueprints from Modern Warfare (2019), albeit with a standard finish and barrel length. It is called "FR .556", which is the same absurd name that was seen in pre-release footage of Modern Warfare.
FN SCAR-H
The FN SCAR-H was added in Season 8 as the "DR-H". It uses the model of "The Traitor" blueprint from Modern Warfare (2019), which has an altered receiver, a rail extension, and a stock inspired by a Bushmaster ACR's folding stock.
"HBRa3"
The "HBRa3" from Advanced Warfare, a futuristic weapon based on the Robinson Armament XCR, was added to the game in Season 3.
Heckler & Koch G36K
A heavily modified Heckler & Koch G36K appears in the game. It is referred to as the "LK24", and the model takes some minor design cues from the "G37H" seen in Call of Duty Online. It lacks a carrying handle, and has a custom handguard and telescoping stock, and an AR fire control group. While H&K does offer such fire control lowers for G36 rifles, the in-game version is different, as it has "Safe" and "Semi" markings as opposed to the H&K bullet pictograms.
"HVK-30"
The "HVK-30", a carbine that appears to be a futuristic FN FAL derivative, returns from Black Ops III. It was added in Season 5.
"ICR-1"
The "ICR-1" from Black Ops III, a futuristic assault rifle based on the Heckler & Koch HK416, was added in Season 2.
Karabiner 98k
The Karabiner 98k was added in Season 9, under the name "Kilo Bolt-Action"; it was the first weapon to appear in the marksman rifles class. It uses the Modern Warfare (2019) model, but with the sling removed; the sling slot and the bolt disassembly disc are also missing from the stock.
The "Rail Gun" Legendary blueprint is a futuristic Kar98k modified into a rail gun.
"KN-44"
The AK-200-esque "KN-44" from Black Ops III was added during Season 4. Additionally, the aforementioned AKM has an Epic blueprint called the "Red Action", which is based on the "KN-44", and was available before the KN-44's addition to the game.
M16A4
The M16A4 appears simply as the "M16". It uses the Modern Warfare Remastered model with some minor differences, such as the lack of a tape on the magazine.
The "Fubar" Epic blueprint adds an M203 grenade launcher heat shield, a magazine tape, a vintage US military style olive drab paintjob and a suppressor. The "Heavy Duty" blueprint is a fictional custom built AR made from tools with a pipe wrench for stock. The "Valentine" blueprint is the AR with a custom chassis and muzzle; it also has the same pseudo SENTRY's Hexmag magazine with a stylized Magpul Ranger Plate.
"Man-O-War"
The "Man-O-War" from Black Ops III was added in Season 2.
"Peacekeeper MK2"
The "Peacekeeper MK2" from Black Ops III was added in Season 13. The in-game weapon uses the design of the "Peacekeeper" from Black Ops 4, which is nearly identical to the BO3 counterpart, but has some tiny differences such as the serial number.
Steyr AUG A3
A visually modified Steyr AUG A3 was added to the submachine guns class as the "AGR 556". It uses the model of the "Airshot" blueprint from Modern Warfare (2019), which has a different stock and a railed handguard. When the weapon was added in Season 12, it was modeled with a 5.56x45mm magazine by default, like a standard AUG A3 assault rifle (despite being in the SMG category and having the option to be converted to use 5.56mm ammunition in different-looking magazines).
In Season 13, the "AGR 556" got modified with a custom magwell and an SMG-sized magazine, both looking different from AUG submachine gun variants. When a 5.56mm conversion attachment was used, said magwell used to be retained, resulting in the 5.56mm magazine clipping through it. This issue was fixed in Season 2: Day of Reckoning (2021), as using any magazine attachment removes that magwell. However, reloading the unmodified weapon now involves the detachment and replacement of the magwell and the magazine together, both apparently being treated as one entity.
The "Matchstick" Epic blueprint using 5.56mm magazines has a proper AUG A3's stock. It is a returning blueprint from Modern Warfare, having been added to CoD Mobile during Season 1: New Order (2021), and being fitted with a top rail similar to the civilian AUG A3 M1.
"Type 25"
The "Type 25", a futuristic QBZ-95-1 from Black Ops II, appears in the game. It previously used 5.56mm ammo in Battle Royale (which is used by the QBZ-97 in reality), but now it uses the generic "heavy" ammo for assault rifles and LMGs.
IMI Tavor MTAR-21
The "Demise" Epic blueprint of the "Type 25" is modeled after a Micro Tavor MTAR-21. It uses the model of the "Tavor-21 Tech" from Call of Duty Online, which has a longer barrel and a modified stock.
Zastava M59/66
The Zastava M59/66 from Modern Warfare (2019), which has a furniture similar to the Tapco Intrafuse Stock System, was added in Season 1: New Order. It is simply referred to as the "SKS", and appears under the marksman rifles class.
Sniper Rifles
Accuracy International AS50
The Accuracy International AS50 appears as the "Arctic .50", using the Call of Duty Online model.
"DL Q33"
The "DL Q33" is a fictional bolt-action sniper rifle with some minor inspiration from Modern Warfare 2’s Cheyenne Tactical M200 Intervention, along with a few parts reminiscent of the Cadex Defence Dual Strike Chassis.
"Fatigue"
The "Fatigue" Epic blueprint looks significantly different, taking various visual cues from the "D-25S", an FD308-based sniper rifle from Modern Warfare Remastered. It has a Tyrant Designs skeletonized pistol grip.
"Locus"
The "Locus", a futuristic sniper rifle based on the PGM Mini-Hecate and previously appearing in Black Ops III and Black Ops 4, was added to the game in Season 2. It specifically uses the BO3 design.
M14 EBR-RI
The M14 EBR-RI returns from Call of Duty Online, still fitted with an AR-style stock assembly like a Mk 14 Mod 1 EBR.
M14
The "Flesh Wound" Epic blueprint is a modified M14 with a shorter barrel. It is a returning blueprint from Modern Warfare (2019), having a stock that seems to be a hybrid of an Archangel chassis and Magpul's Remington 700 stock.
M24 SWS
The M24 SWS from Modern Warfare (2019) was added to the marksman rifles class as the "SP-R 208" in Season 2: Day of Reckoning.
"NA-45"
The "NA-45" from Advanced Warfare was added in Season 11.
"Outlaw"
The "Outlaw", a bolt-action revolving (yeah...) sniper rifle seemingly inspired by a Blaser R93 and previously appearing in Black Ops 4, was added during Season 6.
"XPR-50"
The "XPR-50", a semi-automatic sniper rifle somewhat resembling the bolt-action Barrett Model 98 Bravo, returns from Black Ops II and Black Ops III. It specifically uses the BO3 model.
Machine Guns
DS Arms RPD
The RPD from Call of Duty Online, looking similar to a DS Arms RPD, appears in the game.
Handheld General Dynamics GAU-19/A
The futuristic handheld General Dynamics GAU-19/A from Black Ops II returns as the "Death Machine". It is available as an "operator skill", and is also equipped on the "XS1 Goliath" armor killstreak.
KAC ChainSAW
The Knight's Armament ChainSAW was added in Season 7 as the "Chopper". Its model was taken from Call of Duty: Ghosts, though the proper circular vent holes have been replaced by elongated ones. Furthermore, the only parts remaining from the underslung Spike's Tactical "Havoc" flare launcher are the mount and the receiver; the barrel assembly has been replaced by some kind of rail system. The "Chain Reaction" Legendary blueprint of the "Chopper" does have a Havoc underbarrel launcher attached, albeit still unusable.
In Season 9, the weapon got modified with a pistol grip and a stock, allowing it to be properly aimed by default. However, it retains the KAC ChainSAW's unique lower receiver (rather than making it akin to the original KAC LMG), resulting in a bulky appearance. Equipping the "heavy handle" attachment re-adds the chainsaw grips.
KAC LAMG
The "Klondike" Epic blueprint is a modified Knight's Armament LAMG. It is a returning blueprint from Modern Warfare (where it is a Legendary one), being fitted with a custom barrel/handguard assembly.
L86A1
A modified L86A1 appears as the "UL736". Its design is similar to the L86A2 from Call of Duty Online.
"M4LMG"
The "M4LMG", a squad automatic weapon seemingly based on a Barrett REC7, returns from Call of Duty Online.
Norinco QJB-95-1 / QBZ-97 Hybrid
A hybrid of the QJB-95-1 and the QBZ-97 appears as the "S36", being based on the futurized QJB-95-1 from Black Ops II. It has a selector switch above the pistol grip like the QJB-95-1, but feeds from AR-15 style magazines like the QBZ-97 (and the QJB-97), as well as having a QBZ-95/97 style trigger guard.
Launchers
"FHJ-18"
The "FHJ-18 AA" from Black Ops II appears with a new model, and with the "AA" suffix removed from the name.
Pansarskott m/86
The Pansarskott m/86 from Call of Duty Online returns as the "SMRS".
"War Machine"
The "War Machine" is a futuristic grenade launcher based on the Milkor MGL Mk 1L. It is available as an "operator skill".
In Season 11, the Battle Royale version gained the ability to be reloaded, in which case the whole cylinder is detached and replaced.
Grenades
"Cluster Smoke Grenade"
The "Cluster Smoke Grenade" is a fictional smoke grenade loosely based on the M47 CS grenade. It is exclusive to Battle Royale mode, and is available to the Smoke Bomber class.
"Frag Grenade"
The same futuristic frag grenade from Black Ops II returns, being a cross between the M67 and Mk 2 hand grenades.
M84 stun grenade
The same futurized M84 stun grenade from Black Ops II returns, once again serving as the base model for two grenades, "Flashbang Grenade" and "Concussion Grenade".
Mounted Weapons
Browning M2HB
The Browning M2HB is available for use on the drivable pseudo PL-01 tanks added to Battle Royale in Season 7. It is referred to as "Tank Machine Gun".
It also became usable in the regular multiplayer in Season 9 as the "Shield Turret" scorestreak, reusing the model from Modern Warfare (2019). Said "Shield Turret" later became available in Battle Royale in Season 1: New Order, for the Desperado class.
In the "Tank Battle" gametype of Battle Royale (from Season 2: Day of Reckoning), tank-mounted M2s are also available with a "Purifier" flamethrower modification or a "War Machine" grenade launcher modification.
FIM-92 Stinger Dual Mount System
The same mockup of the FIM-92 Stinger Dual Mount System seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty Online appears as the SAM Turret scorestreak. It is also seen in the practice range (the latter having been added in Season 7), where it is used to rather comically launch rockets at an impossible angle and absurdly slow speed as to emulate skeet shooting.
General Dynamics GAU-19/A
A tripod-mounted version of the aforementioned GAU-19/A is used for the unmanned sentry gun killstreak. The gun is also mounted on the "Antelope A20" assault vehicle in Battle Royale mode.
General Dynamics M197 Vulcan
The General Dynamics M197 Vulcan is the chin armament of the "Stealth Chopper" scorestreak, a fictional helicopter based on the RAH-66 Commanche.
M240D
Unusable low poly machine guns seemingly supposed to represent the M240D can be seen mounted on some tanks.
Others
LeMat 1861
A pair of LeMat 1861 revolvers are seen on the "Deadshot" and "Funny Bone" sprays. Their design is the same as the "M1 Irons" from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, with a top rail.

The "Operator Reflex Sight" from Modern Warfare was added as the "Red Dot Sight 6".
"Red Dot Sight 6" (Fennec - Ascended)
On the "Ascended" blueprint of the Vector, the "Red Dot Sight 6" looks different. It is based on the Adco SOLO Sight System or some of its numerous copies like the Sure Shot reflex sight. A red dot sight of the same basis was seen in some previous Call of Duty games.
"Classic Holographic Sight"
BelOMO PK-AS-W
The "APX5 Holographic Sight" from Modern Warfare was added as the "Holographic Sight 1".
EOTech EXPS2
The "Corp Combat Holo Sight" from Modern Warfare was added as the "Holographic Sight 2".

1P29 Scope
The "VLK 3.0x Optic" from Modern Warfare was added as the "3X Tactical Scope 1" ("3X Tactical Scope A" for sniper rifles).
"3X Tactical Scope 1" (Fennec - Ascended)
On the "Ascended" blueprint of the "Fennec", the scope seems to take some visual cues from the Trijicon ACOG seen in past Call of Duty games.
Raytheon ELCAN Specter DR 1-4x
The "Scout Combat Optic" from Modern Warfare was added as the "3X Tactical Scope 2" ("3X Tactical Scope B" for sniper rifles).

"OWC 4.4X Tactical Scope" / "6X Tactical Scope 2"
The "OWC 4.4X Tactical Scope" and the "6X Tactical Scope 2" use the model of the "Variable Zoom Scope" from Modern Warfare. The 4.4X scope is for the assault rifles and LMGs, while the 6X is for the marksman rifles and the sniper rifles (on the latter, the attachment is called "6X Tactical Scope B").
"RTC 4.4X Tactical Scope" / "6X Tactical Scope 3"
The "RTC 4.4X Tactical Scope" and the "6X Tactical Scope 3" use the model of the "Sniper Scope" from Modern Warfare. The 4.4X scope is for the assault rifles and LMGs, and the 6X is for the marksman rifles and the sniper rifles (on the latter, the attachment is called "6X Tactical Scope C").
"Thermal Scope"
A thermal scope appears exclusively in Battle Royale, where it is attached to the "Exotic" version of the AS50. Its overall shape is reminiscent of the thermal scope seen in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Stocks
Fortis LA-style stock
On the "M4", AK-102, M16A4, "ICR-1", "HBRa3", M14 EBR-RI, RPD, "M4LMG" and Origin-12, the "YKM Light Stock" is inspired by the Fortis LA stock. This is also the case for the "Light Weight Stock" on the "Peacekeeper MK2", and for the stock used on the "Flood" and "Melting Point" blueprints of the MP5A3.
Magpul ACS / KRISS DS150 Hybrid
On the "M4", M16A4 and M14 EBR-RI, the "MIP Strike Stock" takes the form of a hybrid of the Magpul ACS and the KRISS Defiance DS150 stock. This is also the case for the "OWC Skeleton Stock" on the "HBRa3".
MFT Minimalist Stock
A slightly altered MFT Minimalist stock appears as the "YKM Combat Stock" on the "M4", "ICR-1", RPD, "M4LMG" and Origin-12, and as the "Marathon Stock" on the "Peacekeeper MK2".
