Jo Wilson (Camilia Luddington) is revealed to have what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 36 "Chiefs Special" hidden under her bed in "Trigger Happy" (S12E20). She had mentioned earlier in the episode acquiring it while she was living out of her car as a teenager.
An unknown pistol is extracted from a woman's vaginia in "Come On Down To My Boat, Baby" (S14E06) after she attempted to smuggle it to her imprisoned boyfriend.
M16A4-pattern AR-15 rifles are seen carried by Seatle Police Officers during the hospital shooting in Season 6. They are fitted with telescopic sights and 20-round magazines. A regular M16A4 is seen in "Danger Zone" (S14E05)

Orion Flare Gun
After the plane crash in "Flight" (S08E24), the survivors attempt to use an Orion Flare Gun to signal a nearby search plane, but the flare gun fails to fire.
While never actually seen, an M9A1 Bazooka provides the inciting incident for "It's the End Of The World.../As We Know It" (S02E16 and 17) after its projectile becomes lodged in a man's chest.
