Talk:Enemy Engaged: Apache/Havoc
I'm not sure this page merits inclusion. We already agreed on the forum that IMFDB is NOT intended to cover the types of weapons that are mounted on aircraft or tanks. And all of the weapons in this game are exactly those types. -MT2008 23:07, 28 November 2011 (CST)
- That conversation was about whether large indirect fire weapons should have gun pages, it was nothing to do with listings on media pages. Also, typically direct-fire weapons such as aircraft cannons do qualify, that's why things like the M61 Vulcan and M230 chaingun have had pages since always. Larger weapons like tank guns typically aren't listed because you can describe them while listing the vehicle's other armament anyway. Also, "stingers...used by infantry" means that not all of the weapons in the game are of these types; the game has man-portable weapons, and so qualifies for inclusion on the usual basis. I'd agree that a page for a movie, game or anime that didn't contain any man-portable weapons might be a little off base, but this one does. Evil Tim 23:24, 28 November 2011 (CST)
