Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) is seen carrying what appears to be a Glock 19 pistol while chasing down Harley. Helena Bertinelli/Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) appears to use the same pistol while taking out Carlo Rossi's thugs during her first hit.
Heckler & Koch USP
Sionis's chauffeur (Daniel Bernhardt) takes aim at Harley from his wheelchair with a Heckler & Koch USP.
Smith & Wesson Model 38
Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) uses what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 38 "Bodyguard" revolver as her backup gun, which she gives to Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) in the finale.
Sphinx 3010
Victor Zsasz (Chris Messina) uses a two-tone Sphinx 3010 pistol. Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco) later takes up the handgun before Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett) snatches it away.

M79 Grenade Launcher
Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) uses an M79 grenade launcher loaded with a variety of less-lethal rounds during her assault on the police station. The flip-up sight is removed and the weapon decorated with various markings, including the words "Fun Gun" on the barrel.
M26 Hand Grenade
Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco) takes a pair of what appear to be M26 hand grenades from Harley's stash before the final battle.
