Mask of Death

Mask of Death is a 1996 American-Canadian action movie directed by David Mitchell and starring Lorenzo Lamas as a criminal Lyle Mason and a Seattle PD Det. Dan McKenna. In the opening scene McKenna's wife is killed by Mason's companion Frank Dalilo (Conrad Dunn ) while McKenna himself is shot in face by Mason but survives. Mason perishes in a auto crash while Dalilo manages to escape, not knowing about the fate of his companion. FBI Agent Jeffries (Billy Dee Williams ) finds out that McKenna has a similarity in face with Mason and suggests McKenna to undergo a plastic surgery in order to get Mason's face, infiltrate in crime ring and find Dalilo who possesses a stolen top secret military chip.
Note: the movie was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, which affected the choice of screen guns.
