Just my personal opinion(just single player mode):
SOF II:
VZ58V（For me,most Czech soldier use Grease Gun and AK-74?You'd gonna kidding me.）
M16A2（I think Columbia rebel isn't heavily use AK-74,even through they have a big arms suppier and they use AK-47s in reality life.）
PKM（This GPMG is can replaced in some level as the mounted weapon in the game,M60 is a badly idea seen in Russia.）
M72 LAW
AK-103（Russian terrorist is using the modern AK rifle is better than M4 carbine.）
P226
M40A1（MSG90A1 is this game only sniper rifle,it's so boring.And the M24 is also seen in the bio about MSG90A1.）

VZ61（Although in this game some Czech officer is using M1911A1,but it's inconsequence in cold war.）
