No PNG's and Creating Movie Pages

Please JPG's only for uploading screenshots. PNG's make the servers load slow. Also, please don't hyperlink the gun in the titles for movie pages. Please refer to the Untraceable page for an example. Thanks --Ben41 07:58, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

uploading pics of guns we already have

I think you uploaded a pic of a Nagant 1895 revolver. The only difference between that pic and the page's pic is that the rod holding the cylinder in place is extended and the latch holding the cylinder in is open. So that photo is of a gun that is partially disassembled. IMFDB has a rule. If the gun's photo already exists here (and is a good pic) don't upload any more pics of the same identical gun. The only exception is 'screen used guns'. Thanks for understanding. MoviePropMaster2008 02:38, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Tears of the Sun

The SIG-Sauer P226 you uploaded in this page is not the version used in the movie.

Image file names

Don't have your images just named, Glock, Mini-14, etc. That's too common and may upload over one of our stock images. For Sea Patrol, you would name them SP-Glock-1 etc.--Predator20 16:49, 31 January 2011 (UTC)

Crime Busters

When you make a new page, make sure that the title is properly capitalized, that the page is categorized and formatted correctly, and that links to weapon articles are placed in the descriptions, not in the section headers. Please refer to well formatted articles such as the Pulp Fiction page as a model.--PistolJunkie 17:16, 25 May 2011 (CDT)
