Daryl "Chill" Mitchell is an American actor who has appeared in such films as Sgt. Bilko, House Party, and Galaxy Quest. In November of 2001, he was involved in a motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Following his accident, Mitchell has continued to act, including appearing in such films as Inside Man in addition to his regular role as Patton Plame in the series NCIS: New Orleans and a recurring role as Wendell in the series Fear the Walking Dead.
