Molotov Cocktail
Despite consisting of a glass bottle filled with gasoline and topped with a rag, this Molotov cocktail still somehow acts like a grenade, often exploding mid-air and spreading fire underneath it.
Mk. 2 Frag Grenade
Mk 2 hand grenades appear in the Early Access menu screen, but are not usable ingame.
M26 Frag Grenade
Much like the Mk. 2s, M26 hand grenades appear in the Early Access menu screen, but aren't usable in game.
Unknown Crossbow
The game also has a crossbow for close-range silent killing, which can be fitted with a red dot or holographic sight, as well as a "quickdraw mag", which is just a quiver mounted under the bow arms.
- That bow looks quite familiar to ne, I think I've seen something very similar on one of those cheap websites that sells $10 pocket knives but ups the price to like $40 if the knife has that crappy rainbow effect on the blade. I believe the crossbow was a barnett or anglo arms. Of course it's entirely plausible that the one I saw was just a knock off of a high end bow. Don't know if this is useful info but hope it helps --Slemke1998 (talk) 16:53, 17 June 2018 (EDT)

7.62 K98
While this is unusual,it isn't necessarily an error as the page states. Norway and Israel both used K98s rechambered in 7.62 nato and, while I can't find anything concrete, it wouldn't surprise me if Russia rechambered captured K98s for their own 7.62 cartridge --Slemke1998 (talk) 09:36, 6 March 2018 (EST)
Fortnite
I know this doesn't really belong on this page but would it worth making a page about fortnite? Obviously it's somewhat cartoon-esque but there are real weapons in the game such as AR variants, the SCAR, an Accuracy International rifle, a stylised Desert Eagle and there's also something that looks like an AK someone banged out in a garage, not sure if there's a real equivalent to that one though. I would make the page myself but I don't know enough about using this site to do that plus I can't capture screen shots nor do I know enough about firearms to pinpoint the exact variants --Slemke1998 (talk) 13:24, 9 June 2018 (EDT)
- Well, it does have enough real weapons, so yeah it deserves a page. It's inadvised to create it if you don't have any screencaps though. What you could do instead is create Talk:Fortnite and add as much information as you can (giving a descent description of each in-game weapon and the like), and if someone manages to upload screenshots the info will be moved to its main page. --Ultimate94ninja (talk) 13:54, 9 June 2018 (EDT)
- I don't know much about Fortnite, but if it's on Steam, you can just use the built-in screenshot function (F12) to get screencaps. If you have a fancy mouse with spare buttons, just set F12 to one of them and you can take screenshots whenever something interesting happens. If it doesn't have Steam support and you can't get the Steam overlay to launch with it, there's screencapping software: I personally use FRAPS, though since with that you have to save as bitmaps because the built-in JPEG encoder is horrible, you'd better have a decent amount of hard drive space free. - I don't have the game so I can't get screenshots, I've just seen a lot on YouTube and Twitch. Also the detail I previously gave about the guns is pretty much the full extent of my knowledge about them. I can identify obscure firearms and firearms I've used (I'm british so basically that means .22s and shotguns) but I don't know enough to distinguish variants of common platforms such as AKs and ARs. Also when I said I don't know enough to create a page Imeant that I am basically technologically handicapped, even if it's just a talk page. Spacing via the colon thing and signing comments is pretty much the limit of my ability on here --Slemke1998 (talk) 17:08, 15 June 2018 (EDT)

M24A2 SWS
Noticed that the M24 featured in the game is based on the A2 variant given the detachable box mags and ability to mount a suppressor by default which the original M24 couldn't, updating the section as such.
Only thing now is to find a decent image of an M24A2...seems to be awfully hard. --Edbods (talk) 22:49, 12 August 2018 (EDT)
