Fighting Film Collection No. 6 (Boyevoy kinosbornik No. 6) is the sixth issue of Boyevoy kinosbornik series, released in November 1941. It contains three segments: "Boyevaya pesnya o slave russkogo orujiya/Battle Song about the Glory of Russian Weapons", "Nenavist/Hatred", "Pir v Zhirmunke/Feast in Zhirmunka", plus British documentary "Airwoman", depicting the activities of Women's Auxiliary Air Force. Natasha Matveeva (Zoya Fyodorova), the main character of the movie Frontovye podrugi, appears as a storyteller, uniting the segments.
The following weapons were used in the film Fighting Film Collection No. 6 (Boyevoy kinosbornik No. 6):
Red Army Lt. (Sergei Markushev) holds a Nagant M1895 revolver when he escorts downed German pilot (Sergey Martinson) in "Hatred". This is a pre-1930 version.
Pistols
M1911
In "Feast in Zhirmunka" a German Feldwebel (Aleksandr Rumnev) is armed with an M1911 pistol.
Berdan No.2 rifles are used by many partisans in "Feast in Zhirmunka".
Tokarev SVT-40
SVT-40 rifles are seen in hands of Red Army soldiers in documentary footage.
Karabinek wz. 1929
Most German soldiers in "Feast in Zhirmunka" are armed with Mauser rifles. Their outlook with straight bolt handles, large protectors of the front sight and full-length handguards with grooves and notches match Polish Karabinek wz. 1929 rifles, used by Wehrmacht as Gewehr 298 (p).
Karabiner 98AZ
Some German soldiers are armed with Karabiner 98AZ rifles (or possibly its Polish version Karabin wz. 98a).
Mauser Gewehr 98
German soldiers are also seen with full length Mauser rifles, possibly Mauser Gewehr 1898 or some derivative, like Czech Vz. 98/22.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
In "Feast in Zhirmunka" some partisans are armed with Double Barreled Shotguns. Onisim Petrovich Petrov (Pavel Geraga) has a gun that looks like a triple barreled shotgun but upon closer inspection it appears to be a double barreled shotgun, fitted with a fake "barrel" under two real ones (the reason of such design is unknown).
