One Hundred Days in Palermo (original title Cento giorni a Palermo) is a 1984 Italian-French crime drama directed by Giuseppe Ferrara and starring Lino Ventura. It follows the real events on Sicily in 1982 when General Carlo Alberto Dalla Chiesa became a prefect of Palermo and started a war against mafia.

A Sten Mk II is used during the assassination of Pio La Torre. A police expert incorrectly calls this SMG a Thompson.

A M1928A1 Thompson with removed buttstock is seen in the workshop of mafia armorer.
MP40 (mocked up as AKS-47)
An AKS-47 assault rifle, used by mafia hitmen in several assassinations, appears to be mocked up MP40. In reality Norinco Type 56s were used during the assassination of Dalla Chiesa.
