Chato's Land

Chato's Land is a 1972 co-production western movie directed by Michael Winner and starring Charles Bronson as Chato, half-breed Apache who killed the lockal lawman in self-defence and now is pursued by the posse lead by former Confederate officer Quincey Whitmore (Jack Palance ). This is the first film out of six that Charles Bronson and Michael Winner made together.
Note: the movie was filmed in Spain so most if not all guns are probably Italian produced replicas.

Colt 1851 Navy (Cartridge Conversion)
In the opening scene Chato (Charles Bronson ) and the lawman Eli Sanders (uncredited) both draw Colt 1851 Navy revolvers, and Chato is the quick one. All members of posse, except for Earl Hooker, also carry Colt Navy revolvers.

Earl Hooker (Richard Jordan ), one of all, carries the Single Action Army revolver.

In several scenes Double Barreled Shotguns are seen in hands of Jubal Hooker (Simon Oakland ) and Ezra Meade (Peter Dyneley ).

Rifles
Percussion Cap Rifled Musket
Chato (Charles Bronson ) and all members of posse - Capt. Quincey Whitmore (Jack Palance ), Joshua Everette (James Whitmore ), brothers Jubal, Elias and Earl Hookers (Simon Oakland , Ralph Waite and Richard Jordan ), Nye Buell (Richard Basehart ), Martin Hall (Victor French ), Harvey Lansing (William Watson ), Gavin Malechie (Roddy McMillan ), George Dunn (Lee Patterson ) and the Mexican scout (Raúl Castro ) - are armed with percussion cap short rifles. They are of two different models. They have differnet upper barrel bands, and patch box on the buttstock is a feature of one model. When the guns fire, their hammers doesn't move.

Several characters uses percussion cap muskets, that may be carbine version of the Remington 1863 Zouave .

Trapdoor Springfield Rifle
When Quincey Whitmore (Jack Palance ) appears on Hooker's ranch, he is armed with what appears to be the Trapdoor Springfield Rifle . Later he, like others, carries the percussion cap carbine. The Trapdoor Springfield is also seen in hands of an Apache hunter.
