G3SG/1

All G3SG/1s are modified G3s. Evil Tim (talk) 14:09, 4 January 2018 (EST)

Good day to you sir. While I am aware that the G3SG/1 rifle is a modified G3. What I meant to say was that in some occasions the SAS will get a G3A3 and modify it for the Sniper Rifle role. For it is mentioned in the page for Ultimate Force season 3 and 4 when you look at the section of unknown G3 Sniper variant that the G3SG/1 is rather rare rifle. Also in the link I provided of UK Forces Elite when I put the G3SG/1 for weapons used by the British armed forces if you hit the link in the discussion section you will find that yes the G3SG/1 is utilized by the SAS. However when you look at the mission section and read the report of the missions you will find that there is mentioned of scoped G3 rifles utilized in certain missions. While they aren't actual G3SG/1 's they were modified to fit the role for a Sniper. It is because of this that I put that down on the page. I only ask that I be allowed to edit on the site again and I'm willing to properly edit the page so that the information is more accurate.

With that you should probably add a second entry for G3A3 rather than changing the one for the G3SG/1. Evil Tim (talk) 12:17, 8 January 2018 (EST)
