This is an original/early Barrett M82 because of the early muzzle-brake, the lack of vent-slots in the fore-grip, the square trigger guard, and the simpler stock. A similar rifle had previously been used in the film The Taking of Beverly Hills .

Soldiers who try to stop Waxman's car appear to be armed with the Norinco Type 84S Target .
