The Cat (Die Katze) is a 1988 German crime thriller directed by Dominik Graf. Seasoned criminal Probek (Götz George) organises a bank heist, sending two of his accomplices in the bank and directing them from outside. The wife of the bank chief manager is also involved in the plan but she has a hidden agenda all her own.
